SHIPPING & DELIVERY
In non-peak periods, most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia

Weekend Orders: If you place an order on a weekend, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and dispatch. Please note that weekends are not counted as business days, as our team does not process orders on weekends.

Express Shipping: Please note that express shipping refers to the delivery time after dispatch (usually 1–3 business days, depending on Australia Post). We still require 1–3 business days handling time before your order is sent.​

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in your destination country. These charges vary by country, and The Prepared Nurse Co encourages you to check and be aware of any potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to The Prepared Nurse Co at the customer’s expense. In this case, the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods only, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIMES
The Prepared Nurse Co uses third-party delivery services, such as Australia Post. This means that delivery times after dispatch are determined by these providers and are outside of our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we are not liable for any loss, expense, or damage caused by delays in delivery.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
Please ensure you provide a safe delivery address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title of the goods pass to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your order. The Prepared Nurse Co is not responsible for any loss or theft of your order after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Any risk associated with goods being left unattended is borne by you.
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS​
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website here. . Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking information to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder as it may have landed there.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please submit a query here with your order number and the updated address. While it may not always be possible, we will do our best to update your shipping details.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you place a new order.
