RETURN POLICY

​PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
​The Prepared Nurse Co handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your concern or provide further assistance, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the returned goods. Unopened items will be refunded at the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and issued via the same payment method used for your original purchase. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Prepared Nurse Co.

For items eligible for return, your product must be brand new and unopened (in the same condition in which you received it) and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

To start a return, please submit a query here. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is typically paid by the customer. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD RETURN POLICY
​The Prepared Nurse Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (PDFs). Once a digital download has been emailed to a customer or made available to download, it is non-refundable.

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are missing an item you ordered, received the wrong item, or your products arrive damaged, we will gladly replace the affected item(s) at no additional shipping cost.

To be eligible for a free replacement, you must provide our customer care team with a photo or video of the items you received along with the box/packaging they arrived in.
​
Damaged Items: Please include a photo of the packaging as received, as well as a clear photo showing the damage to the product itself.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. After this period, The Prepared Nurse Co is unable to guarantee resolution.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Digital + Physical Bundles: For orders that include both a digital download (PDF) and a physical/hard copy, only the physical/hard copy portion may be eligible for a refund. The digital download (PDF) portion is non-refundable in accordance with our Digital Download Return Policy.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sale items or gift cards.

Compression Socks: Due to hygiene reasons, compression socks are non-refundable.​
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not typically offered. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, please feel free to contact us if you need assistance, and we’ll do our best to help.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
